Items are shipped from Israel, usually within 1-7 business days. After receipt of payment. All items are shipped by registered air mail with a tracking code. Shipping times vary depending on your location; please allow about 15-21 business days for the shipment to arrive, (during the holiday season shipping time might be slightly longer 35 business day). Business days include only the deliberation of Sunday - Thursday, did not include Friday, Saturday, holiday eves and holidays. We ship orders Sunday- Thursday It is not our responsibility to delays in the supply resulting from events we cannot control such as strikes, external communication failures, etc... Expedited shipping - FedEx (Express airmail service) delivery is also available. The rate is $33to the USA, and $37 for all other international destinations. It takes about 2-6 business days to arrive, (during the holiday season shipping time might be slightly longer) Please contact us if you wish to upgrade to this option, Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a nice gift box and tied with a beautiful ribbon. The box is carefully wrapped with a bubble wrap or placed in a padded envelope. Please notice that the order will be shipped to your PayPal address unless specified otherwise. If you wish, we can add a nice greeting card, and print your greeting on it, without additional payment. We make our jewelry with love and it is very important to us that you will be happy with your purchase. If for ANY reason the pieces you bought does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your purchase and if we cannot work it out I will refund you (not including shipping costs), as soon as the item arrives back at my address. The item must be returned in its original box, in new and unused condition. As all items are handmade, the item in the photograph may vary slightly from the item you receive. Please note that colors may vary depending on your computer monitor. Please take note of measurements on jewelry description before purchasing. The pictures are taken in macro mode on a digital camera, so sometimes a jewel might seem larger than its actual size. If you like an item in our store but would like to make some alteration to it, such as stone color and type ,enamel color or anything else, please contact us with your request and we will do our best to create a new custom made piece according to your request.
