All items are carefully and lovingly packaged and gift wrapped. We ship all purchases (domestic and international) via traceable registered airmail. Expedited shipping via EMS courier service is also available. Customs fees and/or any other fees that may apply when item is shipped are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

We happily accept returns of unused items - they must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item. We are sorry but special/custom orders are not returnable. Please contact us prior to returning an item with the reason for return so we can expect it and issue a store credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please send all returns via a traceable insured postal service. Items must be shipped back in the original condition, in a padded or bubble-wrap style mailer. (Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, which have been improperly shipped.) Edita Designs is not responsible for return items lost in the mail. To avoid this, please insure return packages for the retail value of the jewelry. Packages must have delivery confirmation to enable detailed tracking information.
